Terms & Conditions

Firstly, as a new, small business, we would like to thank you for your custom. We are passionate about everything horsey and truly do believe horses are our 'soulmates'.

We aim to get products shipped as soon as possible. This is usually no later than the next available working day from when the order is placed.*

*This excludes Pre-ordered items, these will be shipped as soon as stock is received. 

 

Standard Delivery Charges – UK Mainland:

 

£3.99 – All UK orders are dispatched via a courier on a Next Working Day delivery service - For orders of value over £50 a FREE delivery service is available.

UK Orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery. This includes orders shipping to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

We strive to use the best UK couriers but sometimes delivery is delayed due to a number of factors. For example, extreme weather conditions and issues with drivers internally can impact delivery times. This is out of our control, but we can try our best to help get this resolved as soon as possible. If your order has not been received within two working days, please in the first instance check the tracking link in your order dispatch email. If this doesn't resolve the orders location, please contact us so we can try our best to assist.

 If you would like your order left in a safe place without a signature, please use the delivery companies website or app to add your specific delivery requests. Please be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order in a safe place without a signature, this will be done so entirely at your own risk. 

Order Amendments

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. This does not effect your right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered.

International Shipping Orders.

 We are unable to ship outside of the UK at this time. We are working to expand further afield as we grow so please stay tuned for exciting updates.

 

Returns

If you have any issues with your product, please contact us so we can endeavour to resolve. Products that are required to be returned may do so via returns service where we will provide you with a return label. 

 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however should not be or you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition and not damaged within 30 days of delivery. You need to inform us that you want to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing us or submitting a request through our contact us page.

Please ensure once your order is delivered that you check all items are included and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. After this time we reserve the right not to reissue missing or damaged items from a customers order.

Damaged, defective or mis-described products will be exchanged if reported within 14 days of delivery. Goods becoming damaged/faulty through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should cease use immediately when damage is first noticed. Failure to do so will deem you to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.

We will also accept exchanges of products for different sizes provided the original purchased products is returned in its entirety and a saleable undamaged condition if notified within 14 days of delivery.

We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods. During busier periods, this will be no more than 14 days from receipt.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items. Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently well to minimise risk of damage during transit to us.

We will refund in full or replace items for exchange, but reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, i.e. if the item is dirty or damaged and not fully resalable. The percentage of the value withheld from the refund will be determined by us dependent upon the degree of damage or dirt. We will offer to return the item to you or withhold this value from the refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless for good reason this cannot happen. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Delivery charges paid at the time of original purchase/ order placement will not be refunded.

All products returned must be in a clean & dry condition in compliance with Health & Safety Act. We reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in unacceptable condition.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Standard returns policy applies. Please be aware, processing times may take longer than usual during busier periods.


Data protection and Payment Security

 

In accordance to GDPR guidelines, Your personal or identifyable data is not duplicate or stored without prior consent. When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the security of your personal information. The server is secured with end-to-end encryption, making your details virtually impossible for anyone to intercept. The details submitted will be processed and will only be used to process a requested order or used for marketing if you have given us permission to do so by subscribing to our marketing database.

Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations.

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
